The Food Chain

Available for over a year

Can younger generations replicate the diets of 100-year-olds? Dan Buettner is a best-selling author and self-described ‘explorer’. Working with a team of scientists Dan identified five small areas in the world where people live the longest. He called them ‘blue zones’ - after the blue marker pen his team used to circle these regions on the map. He talks to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Emily Thomas.
