Exiles Lock Seb de Chaves looking to hit the ground running in the Premiership. London Irish are building up to their first season back in the Premiership after promotion last season. "We know it's going to be a massive step up," he told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Ady Williams. "We know we're going to have to step up our game. "I think the foundations we laid last season in the Championship are going to serve us really well this season." And de Chaves says there are no set goals for the squad this season, except improving wherever possible. "Every time we train we are trying to get better, every time we play we are trying to get better as a team. "That's the major theme that has gone on in pre-season."
