Today is the 40th Anniversary of Elvis Presley's death. Elvis suffered a heart attack at just 42 years old on 16th August 1977 in his Graceland Mansion in Memphis, Tennessee. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 6 Music’s Elizabeth Alker speaks to Priscilla Presley in an exclusive interview – Elvis met her in 1959 during his time in the US Army when he was posted in Germany for 18 months. They met up again in America in 1962 and she moved to Graceland the next year, marrying Elvis in 1966 - They had one daughter together, Lisa Marie Presley, and their marriage lasted until 1973. This week in Graceland thousands of fans will be descending to visit his home, stay in the new Elvis hotel, take part in the annual midnight vigil- and Priscilla is joining the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra for the Elvis In Concert: Live On Stage UK tour taking place from November 23.
