World Business Report

Available for over a year

A study says we are too willing to follow the herd when booking hotels and flights online. It seems when we see comments like "six people are looking at this now" or "just two seats left at this price," we jump straight in to make a booking, even though it might not be bargain. According to research by InterContinental Hotels Group, one in ten of us are more likely to book when we see these messages, as the author of the report, Professor Joe Gladstone, tells the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Russell Padmore.
