Manager Neal Ardley gave a candid and honest assessment of how things have been going so far this season. After saying "I had to have a look at myself after the Portsmouth game," he was certainly repaid by his team's performance this afternoon. He joined ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio London's Mark Taylor at full-time.
