'What kind of moon is this?' - part of Emily Levy's new song cycle 'The Rain is Coming'. Picking up where Schubert's great song cycle Die schöne Müllerin ends, Emily Levy's new cycle 'The Rain is Coming' continues the story from the perspective of the 'fair miller's daughter'. Levy sets new poetry by Rommi Smith, and in this clip baritone Roderick Williams is accompanied by Gary Matthewman. Roderick Williams will give the official world premiere on Wednesday 27th September at the Stratford on Avon Music Festival 2017.
