The Para-Rowing Mixed Coxed Four dominated to win gold at the World Rowing Championships. Oliver Stanhope, Grace Clough, Giedre Rakauskaite, James Fox, and cox Anna Corderoy continued where they left off at the Rio Paralympics to retain their title as best in the world. "It was almost unexpected," Fox told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "To come together eight weeks before the championships and win by that much is promising for the next three years. "The big one is Tokyo 2020, but these are all building blocks aren't they?" And Oliver Stanhope told Tim Dellor that all of the training and preparation was worth it. "It was good to get out there and show what we can do. "It shows that our hard miles lead to something like that."
