Facebook, Google and Twitter have admitted failing to stop inaccurate news being posted during and after the tragedy which saw 59 killed and more than 500 injured. The social media sites say they are working to fix the problem of inaccurate and misleading news ending up in feeds and searches. But Claire Wardle, the director of research at First Draft News, tells the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ they should hire more people to monitor what is posted, rather than relying on technology.
