Noel Gallagher has a new album - it's coming out under his High Flying Birds banner and it doesn't sound like anything he's done before. Who Built The Moon is released on the 24th November and it's a product of a 2 year collaboration with producer David Holmes. And they've made a very different record - more experimental and loop based as Noel Gallagher told 6 Music Breakfast's Matt Everitt.
