For the first time an Asian country now boasts the 'most powerful' passport in the world. Singapore has made it to the top spot in Arton Capital's passport index. It's followed by Germany - which has dropped down the ranking to second - Sweden and South Korea. Singaporeans benefit from the least visa restrictions of any country on the planet.
