As part of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s 100 women series, Nuala McGovern met women working in Silicon Valley to find out more about the 'glass ceiling'. The home of hi-tech industries is the front line in the battle for gender equality in the workplace. A recent study showed just one in 10 senior positions there are held by women. So what are the biggest barriers to top-level promotion? Research shows men speak significantly more in meetings than women.
