Frank Bruno is the former World Heavyweight Champion, he's a national treasure and a sporting hero. He has gone toe to toe with the likes of Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis and that memorable night in 1995 against Oliver McCall when he finally won that WBC belt. In a boxing ring you can see your opponent but with mental health............you can't. Frank has had a well publicised battle with his personal mental health problems and is desperately trying to change the stigma surrounding them. Ady Dayman spoke to Frank about his career, his new book ' Let Me Be Frank' and his battles outside of the ring.
