25 years ago this week the findings of the judicial report into the Orkney Child abuse case was published by Lord Clyde. Detailed and containing 194 recommendations it has had a profound effect on child law and protection. Anne Brown was working for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ in Orkney in 1991 during the events that led to the Clyde Inquiry, and earlier this month she went back there for this programme.
