The Duston School has been forced to close following an infestation of rats. Parents and students were told the school has closed due to a "health and safety issue". It was later confirmed "a number of rats" were spotted in the secondary school building. The school will need to be "deep cleaned". It said the "health and safety of students has to take precedence". Our intrepid reporter Tom Percival went to the school and gave us his five top rat facts.
