North Korea says it has completed its 20th missile test of 2017. It claims to have launched a new type of intercontinental ballistic missile that can reach the whole of continental United States. North Korea's State television said Pyongyang had achieved its mission of becoming a nuclear state. We asked the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Defence and Diplomatic correspondent, Jonathan Marcus, about North Korea's missile and nuclear capabilities.
