Beyond BeliefAvailable for over a year
Sean Templeton is a Criminal Defence Advocate based in Glasgow. In 2011, he wrote a letter to The Glasgow Herald suggesting that the religious oath in court should be replaced by a secular one. Sean believes that juries make assumptions about a witness based on whether or not they choose to swear an oath or make an affirmation.
