This is a tribute to radio presenter Kaval Vaseer from the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Mike Bettison. Born in Liverpool, Kaval joined ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Nottingham in 1989 to launch Dhamaka, a specialist programme aimed at younger listeners from the Asian community. He went onto work as a news reader for the Aaj Kal Show in the Midlands, and up until his ill health, he presented a two hour programme on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Nottingham.
