Young Labour vote surge 'based on assumption they were fighting Brexit'

Westminster Hour

Available for over a year

Liberal Democrat leader Sir Vince Cable has said that his party would not form a coalition with Labour, but would "be constructive" and find issues on which to collaborate with any government. He also told the Westminster Hour that the upsurge in the young Labour vote was on the assumption that they were fighting Brexit - which he says "we know now was clearly not the case"
