Zebedy Rays at the Nozstock Festival

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Introducing

Available for over a year

Since their formation in 2001, Zebedy Rays have gained a reputation for being the most exciting new band on the local scene. They have broken from their Worcestershire roots to play gigs all over the country with bands including Untitled Musical Project, The Gravity Crisis, The Rocks and The Laurel Collective. The band released their debut single 'Religion' backed with '18 And Wondering' on The little Hellfire Club label in 2007. Their mini-album, 'Addictive | Experience', was released through the Hellfire label in 2008. The lively three-piece have been touring their mix of raw rock'n'roll and experimental jazz/blues all over the UK. Singer/guitarist Adam Hickman struts, jumps and ploughs through songs with explosive energy, whilst Josh Powell (drums) and Danny Meigh (bass) hold things together with a skill that surpasses their years. They band have been endorsed from 'Playmusic' magazine, sponsored by Hughes and Kettner, and have been played on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio One's Steve Lamacq Show.
