The out of hours GP clinic at the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital is designed to ease the pressure on the A&E department. Patents are referred to the clinic by the triage team in accident and emergency, and by operators on the 111 helpline. Dr Sadia Sumreen spoke to Neil Sackley as she finished her shift.
