Steve and Stephen both live in Edinburgh. They're friends and co-workers. Steve is a trainer and facilitator and works with people with learning difficulties at The Thistle Foundation in Edinburgh. He's originally from Yorkshire, but he's lived in Edinburgh since he was a child. He has two grown-up children. Stephen was born and brought up in Edinburgh and he's a quality assurance manager at The Thistle Foundation. He's dad to two young children and a boisterous labrador. When he manages to get the time, he loves playing his guitar - albeit badly. They both feel strongly about risk, and the way in which the word can inhibit us.
