'Jofra Archer would be huge asset to England'

Stumped

Available for over a year

T20 sensation Jofra Archer, who has been snapped up to play in the Indian Premier League, has received glowing praise from England bowler Mark Wood. Wood says members of the England squad have been impressed by Archer's displays in the Big Bash, and feels the 22-year-old has the ability to shine with England in the future. Archer, who has an English father and British passport, is not eligible to play for England until 2022, when he will have completed the seven-year residency period required for players who arrive in England after their 18th birthday.
