Labour MP Lucy Powell has criticised the chairman of Labour's National Executive Committee, Andy Kerr, for his "unacceptable behaviour". A row broke out at a meeting of Labour's National Policy Forum on Saturday, after a vote to elect a new chair of the NPF was put off. Shadow Cabinet ministers have denied claims of bullying. But Lucy Powell criticised Mr Kerr's handling of the situation, and described his behaviour as "intimidatory".
