The artist Jonathan Yeo is known for his portraits of celebrities and politicians, including Tony Blair, Nicole Kidman and Kate Moss. But his latest exhibition is not for the squeamish - he's painted people undergoing cosmetic surgery - and gender reassignment operations. John Wilson visited Jonathan Yeo in his studio.
