The Test series between Australia and South Africa has been overshadowed somewhat by the acrimony between Australia's vice-captain David Warner and Quinton de Kock. The biggest flashpoint came at tea on the fourth day of the first Test, when CCTV footage from outside the dressing-rooms showed Warner having to be physically restrained by team-mates during a verbal spat with De Kock. Both players were charged with misconduct by the International Cricket Council, with Warner fined 75% of his match fee and three demerit points, while De Kock was docked 25% and awarded one demerit point. Stumped's Jim Maxwell says captains need to be held to account for the behaviour of their players. Picture credit: Steve Smith and Faf du Plessis (Getty Images)
