It's been a staple of the school calendar in Jersey for decades - and for the past twenty years, Stuart Wheeldon has been the main man responsible for making the St Michael's Festival of Sport happen. It brings together hundreds of students from right across the British Isles - so how are preparations going ahead of this year's event, which gets underway later this week?
