Republic of Ireland and Burnley forward Jonathan Walters has described opening up about his mother’s death as “the best thing I’ve ever done”. In a follow-up interview to the sit down discussion he had with 5 live’s Tony Livesey, Walters says “he can now speak about it normally” and that he’s pleased with the massive response the original interview has had.
