We've spoken before about the work being done to recruit new football referees locally - and earlier this week at the Springfield Stadium, there was a special seminar to encourage young officials in the island who are just getting started in the game. David Brunton is the Jersey FA's Referee Development Officer, while Deryll David and Alex Bradley are from the RA-FA Youth Council.
