Target set for all to speak English

Manny Masih

Available for over a year

The government has to set a target date for "everybody in the country" to speak English to encourage integration. Dame Louise Casey wrote a report for the government on integration in 2016, and said a "common language" would help to "heal rifts across Britain". Fiyaz Mughal is founder of the organisation Faith Matters, and speaks about why language matters in this interview with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ presenter Manny Masih.
