Former Reading winger Glen Little thinks the club needed to make a change of management. Jaap Stam left the club by 'mutual consent' after a run of just one win in 18 Championship games. "It's got to that stage now, it couldn't go on," Little told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "They were hoping, surely, we'll just get a win from somewhere. "It's a bit strange how they've left it until now, and it seems to have quietened down again. "[As a player], you're always sad when the manager gets the sack, because you feel you're part and parcel of it."
