Azerbaijan is rich in oil and is receiving investment from European countries. Yet it's been stuck in recession for a couple of years. President Aliyev took over from his father in 2003 and recently named his wife as vice president. Khadija Ismayilova is an investigative journalist based in the capital Baku. She was arrested after investigating the president's finances. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Rob Young asked her if ordinary Azeris are benefiting from the country's energy wealth and deals with European countries.
