And so it's over. After 10 days of competition in Australia, the Commonwealth Games have ended - and Team Jersey and Team Guernsey are on their way back home. We've seen them break records, set personal bests and make history - and been with them for every high and low they experienced out on the Gold Coast. Our Sports Producer Jack Murley has been looking back at a Games to remember for the islands.
