Janet & James: The Memory Makers

The Listening Project

Available for over a year

Pocklington Arts Centre is run with the help of volunteers but has just two full time members of staff, Janet and James. They share an office and passion for the arts and having worked together for 15 years have a close relationship both in and out of work. They often go to events together, either in the name of research or just for fun and James is also best friends with Janet's daughter. However, they admit it hasn't always been easy to get along and have learned to accept one another's quriks but one thing they definitely agree on is how the arts can make people feel. Recorded in the Listening Project's touring booth at Burnby Hall Gardens in Pocklington. Produced by Clare Crooks
