The pro-Brexit campaign group Leave.EU has been fined £70,000 by the Electoral Commission for breaking spending rules in the 2016 EU referendum. The group's founder, Arron Banks, strongly disputes they did anything wrong and says they will go to court to challenge the fine. He told Justin Webb he believes the Commission is biased against them. (Image: Arron Banks. Credit: Reuters)
