Artist Joshua Burnside won the prize in 2017 with his debut album, ‘Ephrata’. This year, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 6 Music will be in Belfast for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Music's Biggest Weekend festival.
