Imagine running more than a hundred miles in less than 48 hours. It's enough to send shivers down the spines of most people - but that's exactly what one local group is attempting over the next two days. The team behind the '5 Rocks Ultra' Challenge is planning to run around all five of the Channel Islands to raise money for a local mental health charity - and they set off from St Helier to Sark for the first part of the challenge earlier today. Our Sport Producer Jack Murley went down to the marina to see them off.
