India has been described as a sleeping giant when it comes to football. It has never participated in the FIFA World Cup, although the team did qualify by default for the 1950 World Cup after all the other nations in their qualification group withdrew, but it then withdrew before the beginning of the tournament. Arunava Chaudhuri is a football consultant and talks about why India finds it tough to qualify in this interview with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reporter Nasser Hanif
