It was parliamentary theatre to rival an episode of House of Cards -- the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ version, of course. The SNP walkout on Wednesday was perfectly timed to highlight an issue that has been discussed for the past year in Scotland. The nationalists talk of a "power-grab" on Holyrood by Westminster, as powers return from Brussels after Brexit. The issue didn't have much traction in the rest of the UK -- but it's certainly hit the headlines now.
