Jason Mohammad

Available for over a year

On Monday it was announced that the Swansea Bay tidal lagoon has been scrapped by the UK Government because the £1.3bn price tag is not value for money. Local politicians and community leaders criticized the decision, with some claiming the people of Wales "have been betrayed again". On ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Wales, Dot Davies spoke to Tonia Antoniazzi, Labour MP for Gower, who is part of a group of politicians who issued a joint statement calling on Alun Cairns to "consider his position" - calls which Mr Cairns has rejected.
