Hundreds of people turned out in St Helier to support the competitors at this year's Jersey Triathlon. Our Sport Producer Jack Murley braved the rain to head down there, as did lots of other people - including Karen Gallichan. She's just weeks away from attempting to swim the Channel for charity - and has been telling Jack how the triathlon inspired her to take up swimming in the first place.
