He's the new chief executive of the Jersey FA - and it's fair to say Jean-Luc Debois has a full in-tray to deal with. Developing the youth and women's game; attracting more volunteers; deciding what to do after the island's failed UEFA bid - he's certainly got lots to keep him busy! Our Sport Producer Jack Murley has been talking for him for the first time since he took over the role last month - and began by asking him what attracted him to it in the first place.
