Students who excluded from school are being failed by the education system, so say MPs on the education select committee. Poppy is 15 and has autism and anxiety disorder. She was excluded from school and ended up being taught at home. Her Mother Danielle explains to Radio 4's World at One how she thinks mainstream schools are "cleansing any pupils who need a bit of push" and are excluding them from "a normal education setting."
