The older you get, the harder it can be to meet new people - and to stay active as well. It's why - for the past few years - the Jersey Table Tennis Association has been running special 'bat and chat' sessions, where people can give the game a go, and get to socialise a bit as well. Paul Routier is the chairman of the Association - and has been explaining more to our Sport Producer Jack Murley.
