Greece has exited its final eurozone bailout programme after eight years. The European Commissioner for financial affairs, Pierre Moscovinci said it marked the beginning of a new chapter for the country. However the former Greek finance minister, Yanis Varoufakis, who resigned in the run-up to the last bailout said exiting the programme would change nothing.
