Australia's most populous state, New South Wales, is now entirely in drought, according to officials. A warm, dry winter has left many outback farmers struggling to survive, and little rain is expected in the months ahead. In this week's Reporter's Notebook Phil Mercer sent us his impressions from Gunnedah, 270 miles north of Sydney.
