Louise Fryer is joined by two guests to explore the origins and world behind Handel's 1749 oratorio Theodora. Musicologist Suzanne Aspden is Assistant Professor of Music at Oxford University and John Ramster is an opera director who worked with Peter Sellers on his Glyndebourne production in the 1990s and directed his own performance of the work at the RNCM in Manchester in 2017.
