It's been 15 years since England's men made history by winning the Rugby World Cup in Australia. It was the first time the team ever claimed the Webb Ellis Trophy - and one local man was right at the middle of it. Scrum-half Kyran Bracken used to live in Jersey - and has been speaking to our Sport Producer Jack Murley for a special piece, marking the anniversary of the World Cup win. (PHOTO CREDIT: AP)
