A young mum seriously sick with cancer but denied the new disability living allowance.

Disability Living Allowance is changing to Personal Independence Payment or PIP. As a result, more than 100,000 people in Northern Ireland are being reassessed, and new applicants assessed for the first time. Including 28 year old mum Roisin McWilliams. Roisin was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on Christmas Day. She underwent a PIP assessment, but despite having Hodgkin lymphoma, was been turned down. Her dad Tom, spoke to Stephen this morning.
