World Business Report

Available for over a year

Jakarta was named the city with the worst traffic in the world, according to one index last year. Satellite navigation data found the average driver starting and stopping more than 33,000 times in a year. As a result, an estimated 70% of the city’s air pollution comes from vehicles. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Jonathan Bithrey has been navigating the traffic queues to find out how the government plans to fix the problem.
