Football's governing body FIFA has been meeting in Rwanda in East Africa today. Top of the agenda was revamping a Club World Cup - a new tournament between the world's best football clubs that would take place every two years. You might think a competition that pitted the likes of Real Madrid or Chelsea against Argentina's Boca Juniors or Brazil's Santos would be a hit. But not everybody's so keen on the idea. Rob Harris, a global sport reporter covering the Fifa meeting in Kigali explains.
